Great Simple Keyboard

Ducky Zero Series DK2087 USB Keyboard (Red Cherry MX)
Ducky Zero Series DK2087 USB Keyboard (Red Cherry MX)

Pros: Mechanical keyboard. Very simple. Heavy. Sturdy.

Cons: Few special features. No backlight. You get what you pay for, and you're paying for the most basic keyboard.

Overall Review: It's your most basic mechanical keyboard, it comes with a few features but nothing extravagant. If you just want a simple keyboard but you'd like a mechanical one, this is your best choice. I absolutely love my keyboard.

Most Critical Review

Mostly Displeased

GIGABYTE Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card GV-R928XOC-3GD
GIGABYTE Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card GV-R928XOC-3GD

Pros: It would be a great card if it didn't have severe draw backs, at least in my case. Powerful, cheap!

Cons: Cheap! Fan rattles. Capacitor Whine or Coil Whine, whatever it might be. AMD Drivers, took me awhile to figure out how to properly set up my monitor with hdmi out as it only has 1 DVI port. Below 30% fan speed, the fans begin to report incorrect RPM, shows up in every program as 7-15 MILLION rpm, rather than 1000 or whatever, but that doesn't mean it's not working properly. Still dumb the card doesn't report it right. Doesn't play nice with corsair link, I have no idea what's going on there. Tested with diablo 3, horrible screen tearing without vsync, horrible stuttering with vsync. Never had an issue with my last GPU.

Overall Review: My gtx 580 is going back in the computer as I had no issues whatsoever with it and it was quiet! 700Khash/s 1030MHz core, 1500 memory, 70-73 degrees depending on case fans setting.

Wish it fit

Cooler Master Hyper T4 - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes
Cooler Master Hyper T4 - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

Pros: Looks alright, otherwise don't know

Cons: 1) Clunky instructions. One step of the instructions is longer than the rest of the steps combined and says "assemble the retention bracket" How about you give me instructions on how to do that? 2) Company cut costs on paste. Small little thing that's not labeled as paste and only enough for 1 and a half applications. Don't mess up or you have to go buy more paste. 3) Doesn't fit my motherboard. Either the motherboard heatsink or ram heatsink blocks installation.

Overall Review: The motherboard that it won't fit into is gigabyte ga-z87x-ud4h and g. skill ram. Total bummer.

Solid Mouse, my favorite

RAZER Mamba Wireless Rechargeable Gaming Mouse
RAZER Mamba Wireless Rechargeable Gaming Mouse

Pros: I've had maybe 6 or 7 mice over the past few years and this one is my favorite. I think this mouse is a bit smaller than the average mouse, good! The clicking is very very light. Resting your finger on it means you activate the switch. Good for people who want to click fast, bad for lazy finger resters. The rubber feels good and is grippy. Cool LEDs, used to be the best but multicolor LEDs are pretty ubiquitous now Wire/Wireless combo, hard to find and this is really well done. Plastic molded mouse feet mean there are no rubber feet to fall off, nice and slick for life.

Cons: It's a razer product, of course it's overpriced. Synapse is the worst piece of software any company has ever tried to get me to install. I just google "old mamba software" and the first result was the old driver, much better. Rubber sides are starting to fall off after almost 3 years.

Overall Review: Razer's synapse program is the dumbest thing ever implemented, and they still went through with it after huge initial backlash. I'll probably never buy new razer products because it is required. Spilled a drink on my mouse a long time ago, it shorted the battery but the rest of the mouse works just no wireless.

Amazing

QNIX QX2710 LED Evolution II 27" QHD Samsung PLS Matte Panel PC Monitor
QNIX QX2710 LED Evolution II 27" QHD Samsung PLS Matte Panel PC Monitor

Pros: Perfect, no dead pixels, no backlight bleed and so much more room for activities!!!

Cons: Wobbly but that's fine I have a sturdy desk. My 1080p monitors look like trash compared to this, so I guess you could say it has ruined them.

Overall Review: Easily overclockable, but I don't care about that. Even if it did have a dead pixel I could never tell, there are specks of dust on the monitor that are bigger than a pixel. I definitely need a second and third.

Lost faith in EVGA

EVGA ACX Cooler 03G-P4-2784-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 780 Superclocked 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card
EVGA ACX Cooler 03G-P4-2784-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 780 Superclocked 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

Pros: It's a 780, absolute beast of a card. I will always use Nvidia. It has a good overclock, the *fans* are quiet and it's keeps pretty cool temps.

Cons: Coil whine. At about 50% gpu usage the clicking starts. At this % it is a tiny louder than an old HDD struggling to spin. It only gets higher pitched as the gpu usage % goes up. For the price paid, it is not an acceptable sound. If having a quiet computer is important to you, like it is to me, I highly recommend looking at other brands.

Overall Review: This is the second card I've gotten and they both sound exactly the same. the first card I bought was a evga sc but only with the reference design/cooler. I was hoping they would have had better QC or used higher quality parts in their ACX cards but apparently not. I've only ever bought EVGA cards because they had great warranty and have never had any issues with them. I guess I won't be buying any EVGA cards anymore. Really disappointed. I highly suggest everyone to steer clear of these cards because if you buy them you are telling the manufacturer that the noise that these -very expensive- cards make is ok. You buy one of the most expensive cards, you should get quality that's equal to it. I'll probably be returning this.
