Quiet and no lights
Pros: It is quiet. No silly led's. The fan only runs when necessary and it supplies all the power I need. Packaging was supurb. Completely modular. Nice unit and better for the enviroment.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I built a high end PC with the I7 930 and 2 X Radeon 5770 video cards. I still haven't heard or seen the fan kick on. The PSU is obviously working, but it makes me nervous. I have to get used to this newer technology!
Great card
Pros: Looks great and is a great performer. No heat issues, in fact no issues at all.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I considered buying two of these cards but just one seems ample for everything I do. The performance is fantastic. I could not find this card on ASUS website to review updates. I had to access the updates through the Newegg manufacturers tab.
This is insane!
Pros: Super fast! The Dark Knight keeps the temps at 31C in idle and 43C at load. It can handle whatever you throw at it.
Cons: None. The price is right for a chip that performs at this level.
Overall Review: I finally made the switch from AMD to Intel. I was running an AMD 6400 X2 and thought it was zippy. Was I mistaken! I considered buying the Phenom 4 965, I am glad I didn't.
FAST
Pros: It is very fast. Easy installation and great support. Big enough for most users. A great upgrade. Windows 7 loads in under 40 seconds.
Cons: Bracket not included. They are expensive.
Overall Review: I am not seeing the speeds others are getting. I have only been able to get 170 m/s out of it so far. It gave me a 7.1 in the windows performance rating.
It has everything!
Pros: Fantastic color scheme. SATA 6.0, USB 3.0 All make for the I7. you can't go wrong.
Cons: Not one.
Overall Review: Works great with the following components. Intel I7 930 Asus EAH 5770 Radeon Xigmatek Dark Knight Asus Bluray drive Xigmatek fans Seasonic X650 PSU OCZ Vertex Turbo 120Gig SSD OCZ DDR3 1600 Intel branded RAM 6gig
Great Case
Pros: Inexpensive, looks great. Fits the dark knight. Great features for the money.
Cons: Metal is a little thin. The case becomes more rigid after all your components are installed, but the thin metal is a bit noisy.
