Cons: I contacted customer support on 04/11/2014 and they said that they do not offer support for product from OCZ Technologies. I asked them if they could give me some sort of credit they replied NO. I asked them if there was anything they could do for me and they said NO. Cons: I am on my 4th one. First one - overheated! Second one - HD went bad. ( Click of death! ) Third One - HD went Bad (Click of Death! ) Fourth one - is just disappearing from windows after a reboot it is back !!! Pros: Good Keyboard has lot of features.

Cons: DISCONTINUED: Keys wear down the letters get worn off and makes the keys un-readable.

Overall Review: The keys on the keyboard have worn down to where I cannot see the writing so I called tech support asked them to send me replacement keys, they said they do not have keys for this keyboard. I then asked for a replacement G510s keyboard they said we do not make the G510s anymore. They offered to swap the keyboard for a lesser models ( 610, 410, or 710) with no programmable keys, no LED display and some keyboards that had no no media controls. The only comparable keyboard is the G910 which they will not offer as a trade, I offered to pay the difference which was about $40 USD and they refused. I asked for a manager and he refused to do anything but offer the inferior products. This does not reflect on NEWEGG it is all Logitech.
