Pros: Lightweight, great sound quality, easy to use

Cons: Battery wears out after about 2-3 years of heavy use (is that really a con?) and it's not replaceable - thus you have to buy this replacement headset

Overall Review: This is just a replacement headset for the various Jabra 6400 systems. If you don't already have one of those systems, don't buy this, buy the system. I've used the Jabra 6470 for two or three years and it's the best headset I've ever had (and you should see my headset boneyard). It will connect simultaneously with your computer (think Lync or an IP softphone), a deskphone (works particularly well if your deskphone has an RJ9 headset port) and a cell phone. It will automatically answer whichever one is ringing and it will automatically connect to whichever device you make a call on. Setting it up to work with all of your devices takes a little bit of time but the base station will walk you through the whole process in the little display screen. Great device for the power user!
