Buyer beware - does now work in cisco gear
Cisco Small Business MGBT1 Gigabit 1000 Base-T Mini-GBIC SFP Transceiver
Pros: Cheap
Cons: "Cisco Small Business" is not same as Cisco. Apparently only works with Linksys - and does NOT work with actual Cisco gear.
