Pros: Graphical BIOS, price, onboard HDMI to Sony TV worked.

Cons: Board is unstable, reboots usually without a blue screen. Updated BIOS didn't help, won't return from sleep. Fan RPM doesn't respond to CPU temp using Pime95 regardless of BIOS settings or Windows utility. AsRock support suggested I load BIOS defaults and reinstall which wasn't not helpful, who wants to install in IDE mode.

Overall Review: Not interested in OC only stability, Didn't test OC-ability. Instability unrelated to CPU load. Tried 11.7 graphics driver and 11.6b graphics hotfix. Neither helped. Suggest you stay away from this one!

Pros: Price

Cons: Heavy. Stopped working after about 5 charges. All 4 lights stay on continuously with nothing plugged in, Sometimes has a rapidly blinking blue dot.

Pros: Lightweight.

Cons: The 31-S was shaved closer. Lower RPMs
