Pros: Powerful. Can play any recent games on good or high setting.

Cons: The customer service is terrible. After about a month of owning this the computer started making a clicking noice so I sent it in to get fixed, I thought it was the fan. I got it back with a new fan but it still was making the noise. I sent it back in and they replaced the fan again. This time I got it back and it still made the same noise, which tells me they didn't even try to find the source, and the new fan they installed doesn't track the computers temp. Whether it is just on doing nothing or playing a new game on max settings the fan keeps revving from almost max speed to almost off every ten seconds. This is very annoying. So I sent the computer in a third time saying it is making the noise, but not saying from where so they had to look themselves, and that the new fan is acting up. They said it was the hard drive that was making the noise and replaced the hard drive. But they said that this computers fan just runs a little high so the revving is normal. But it obviously isn't normal seeing as it didn't do that with the original fan. Now I've had the computer back for a week and the fan still annoyingly revs up, it started making that clicking noise again after a couple of days and they didn't re-install the blue ray software when they put in the new hard drive. So now I have a blue ray playing that is next to useless. I now get to deal with customer service a fourth time and will hopefully just be getting my money back.

Overall Review: Overall the computer is very powerful and does its job on the software side. But the hardware side is pretty poorly made.
