Pros: Device works as described. It pushes output to a 1050 x 1680 monitor just fine. It let's me run an additional monitor off of my docking station, which is pretty sweet. I could see myself buying another.

Cons: Sometimes there's a noticeable lag when scrolling text quickly. I swap my focus between multiple screens, so it is probably due to inactivity on that monitor. After a few seconds the adapter catches up and everything is smooth.

Overall Review: The picture isn't quite right. The actual device is more compact and smoother. The device seems to stay cool, but I haven't put it under high load.
