Pros: Insanely Fast, running 2 of these in parallel for a total of 12 cores/24 with HT and 32GB of RAM. Still runs somewhat cool in our server room that has terrible cooling. We are using it for a remote app server with approx 50 users. A bit of overkill from the start but we plan on using it to virtualize our older servers eventually. 32nm process is great and everyone loves a xeon anyways because of the stepping and multiplier. Like the other review said I haven't seen this thing get past 5% usage yet

Cons: Price obviously. I wouldn't buy it with my personal money but for a company that has tech dollars to spend this is definitely a future proof investment

Overall Review: Just really cool to see 24 threads in task mgr/other benchmarking tools.
