My new favorite keyboard

Logitech Recertified 920-002555 MK550 Black USB RF Wireless Ergonomic Wave Combo (K350 + M510)
Logitech Recertified 920-002555 MK550 Black USB RF Wireless Ergonomic Wave Combo (K350 + M510)

Pros: Mostly quiet keys. Comfort feel to the wrist bumper. Mouse scroll wheel is 4-way. Nice scrolling action. Keyboard came with batteries. Nice small USB receiver. Well placed multimedia keys. Excellent range, covers my whole room. I had a Microsoft Sidewinder mouse, it was getting old and it was dying. But I was worried about the weight of the mouse, and Its almost exactly the same heavy weight as my sidewinder. Although the sidewinder had removable weights...

Cons: Biggest complaint is the mouse buttons click very loudly. Drives me nuts, I may have to switch back to the sidewinder and just use the keyboard.

Overall Review: It is NOT difficult to find the USB reciever in the mouse. theres a picture on the outside of the mouse, its obvious when the cover is open. and isn't that where every other amnufacture puts the reciever... the bottom of the mouse?

Just as fast as 2.0

Team Color Turn 8GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive (Purple) TG008GE902V3
Team Color Turn 8GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive (Purple) TG008GE902V3

Pros: The little bugger is made like a tank. When I opened the package, I was a little surprised at the feel. I guess I'm used to my old U3 drive. Cute little light.

Cons: I got 15m/s write 50-60m/s read on 2.0. I got the same write on 2.0 but the ready was like 70-90m/s. Not worth the 3.0 designation.

Overall Review: Most of the 3.0s I've seen, have been the same speed as 2.0s. You don't get much use of the 3.0 speed form an 8GB. You have top get 16GB+ before you see the 50mb/s+ write speed. Also, I can plug in a hard drive (a spinning disk drive) and it has a better read/write speed than my solid state USB stick???? where is a eSATA flash drive? And, lets take a look at USB 2.0, it has a throughput of 480mbps. Do the math, that's 60mbs. (mbps - megabits per second, mbs - megabytes per second, 8mbps = 1mbs). So any 3.0 drive that claims to have a speed <60mbs is kinda a waste. I understand it is a theoretical max and may not always be achieved, but I bought a 3.0 motherboard, and a 3.0 drive. I wanna see the pigs fly!!
