Pros: Fast. Good for games. Low power consumption (system runs at 47 watts during idle). Easy to install. Scored 7.5 on Windows 7 WEI. I do not overclock so did not need the k series.
Cons: Fan not as quiet as my stock e8400, but still quiet enough. Not much difference from my e8400 during normal use (internet etc.), which was already fast.
