Just worked

Pros: Plugged into the wired Ethernet and it found both my Linux Samba server and Windows PC shares. Has played everything I have tried so far for videos (avi,wmv,mk4.)
Cons: Shortcuts only allow links to fileservers, not directories below the root level. Not very useful, only eliminates one extra step in navigating the network.
Overall Review: I am operating it only with composite video, I can not say how it performs on HDMI.
Poor choice

Pros: Gets there (usually) and live traffic is nice.
Cons: Slow to acquire signal, poor interface, has locked up and never found signal in some instances. Lifetime map updates is misleading at best - no new maps from TomTom after 90 days and only one new map load during that time. Apparently you can get "updates" to your existing maps but that has never worked when I have tried it - call it a lie or misleading but it is not what you want either way. Also, it seems to follow or lag behind slightly more than my other GPS. In tight New England cities you are often at the turn or turn down the alley slightly after where you should have turned due to the lag. Really annoying inside of messed up cities like Boston (which is why you want a GPS.) Speed traps / traffic cameras are all wrong. This appears to be user submitted data and some people have figured out this is a good way to slow down traffic in their neighborhood and submit bogus reports. I have never seen any enforcement at the flagged locations. An industry wide problem rea
Overall Review: There are better choices out there. I had an older TomTom and stuck with them based on that device - bad decision. They seem to be stuck on celebrity voices and other bling - not focused on making a good product. Also - really bad decision on TomTom's part - they force you to watch their product overview at least once. It comes up and asks if you want to watch even while navigating until you finally let them pitch the wonders of the product. The result is that this is not a take it out of the box and use it product. You absolutely have to take it out of the box and let them pitch stuff to you before you can use it or it will stop navigating every few minutes. This really, really messed me up when I needed it to work the first day. DON"T PLAN TO USE THIS OUT OF THE BOX - YOU WILL GET HOSED! Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Difficult if not useless

Pros: Cheap
Cons: After carefully cleaning the screen my attempts to install the protector resulted in nothing but bubbled mess after bubbled mess. Attempts to lift corners and work out bubble resulted in dust getting trapped after a few minutes.
Overall Review: It is now in the trash, a worthless downgrade to the iPad screen.
Just works

Pros: Good solid board, works out of the box. Four memory slots is a plus for such a cheap board.
Cons: None so far
