Pros: Not DOA. Mini ITX with 1150 socket and accepts ECC. Looks nice and is laid out well.

Cons: BIOS 20 months old. Update convoluted. Download BIOS ZIP has an option to update firmware but impossible to run in 64 bit Windows. Who uses 32-bit OS anyway on a server board? Separate subfolder contains Win 64 programs but show errors upon execution. Website has @BIOS Windows based BIOS update, but only works for UEFI. Why can't BIOS include upgrade in menu or a push button be provided on the board? This board also failed to boot half of the times using OS restart. had to be powered off to restart. The Samsung Pro SSD and the Crucial ECC ram are compatible. The components seem to be in good quality but the not inexpensive board has major usability issues. Very disappointed.
