Pros: As previously posted this keyboard is ergonomically correct and exactly what I was looking for to complete my HTPC setup. I had a bad experience with the telephone support system that was basically just instructed employees doing their job. BUT they documented every part of our conversation and upon termination of the call, I received an incoming call from the supervisor in CA. He was genuinely concerned with my problem and immediately took care of my situation. Altghough the replacement is on backorder, I have confidence now that I will receive a new working keyboard!THANK YOU IOGEAR FOR MAKING A NEGATIVE SITUATION POSITIVE!

Pros: Great ergonomics and has the potential to make an ideal HTPC keyboard.

Cons: Received the 1st one DOA! IOGEAR admitted to having a problem with the early versions with trackball issues. Typical NEWEGG response was pay for return shipping and we will consider replacing it. IOGEAR's overseas tech support stated the same response! REMEMBER this keyboard was brand new and DOA! Finally got a response from a US manager and he was very helpful and replaced the keyboard. BUT NOW 4 months later and the keyboard is having problems AGAIN! I emailed the US manager and 1 week later I have received no response! Sure they give you a 3 year warranty but with the cost of shipping and the complete hassle, it is not worth the hassle! I would have given 0 eggs for a rating but it was not an option!

Overall Review: I would NOT buy IOGEAR products as the products have a very sketchy quality. Consider paying a little more and buy a LOGITECH DINOVO MINI! This is a much better keyboard for HTPC users.

Pros: This was a great motherboard for about 2 years 9 months.

Cons: This was my son's motherboard and he was experiencing random but often BSD issues. Through tedious selective component diagnosis, the motherboard was the culprit. he was graduating high school and was preparing for college so we bought him the components so he could build another great computer so he could use in his freshman year in an out of state college for computer science. I recently realized that this motherboard was under warranty but through the busy schedule we have, I lapsed on the time frame and missed the deadline by several weeks. BUT this problem was occurring DURING the warranty period so I contacted Gigabyte and it took them almost 1 week to reply with just a simple sentence"If you think this is a warranty matter, submit an RMA". They new what they were doing! I submitted an RMA and they basically immediately declined for out of warranty! No consideration of the letter I composed! 1 egg rating because I can't select zero!

Overall Review: Well I will NEVER by another Gigabyte product and I will spread this to all who ask for my advise. I am in the customer service business and not everything is written in black and white. Considerations should be taken. I would not waste my time making up a story. My time is worth more than this but now I am UPSET at the shotgun rejection I received! Good bye Gigabyte as I will NEVER by another one of your products!
