Pros: It fits.

Cons: This memory caused problems from the start, and I didn't realize it. Upgraded from a 32 bit win7 application to 64 bit win8, for the speed. Installed the 4GB PNY memory at the same time as the upgrade. So, after the win8 upgrade, the computer, a Fujitsu P770 i7 64 gb capable machine kept blue screen crashing, failing due to memory and file system error messages, and just full on crashing to a hard-start freeze up. Video crashing was most common, and the error messages blamed this on the video handler. So I thought, win8 was somehow incompatible with my P770. Crashes got worse and worse, so I bought a bargain open-box Fujitsu E734 as a new computer, and then transferred the PNY memory card. The old computer started working perfectly, and the new computer started crashing. Removing the PNY card solved the problem. Have contacted the company for an replacement. No one answers the phones and wait time for reply is 24 hours or more. PNY claims to have a high volume of calls. Yeah, no wonder, they just cost me $$$s for a computer I didn't need!!! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Overall Review: Terrible - bad card, caused me years of problems, which I blamed on win8 and Fujitsu, when neither of them are the issue at all.
