Pros: ******************************************** Warning! The neutral wire (WHITE) is required as well as the two black wires plus the ground. 4 wires total. I don't know how you would hook this up without a neutral wire, may want to check the Belkin website to see if it is possible. ************************ 1. Hookup was easy, Turn off breaker, pull out the old switch (unhook the 2 black wires and 1 ground) and then install the new switch with the addition of the neutral WHITE wire. 2. Have your phone scan for the switch through Wi-Fi. Once it finds the switch then launch the WEMO app. 3. The WEMO app will link your WEMO switch to your network. Once it is linked up, it releases the WEMO WiFI and voila your switch is live on your WIFI network. 4. Tried using the lights through the 3G or 4G connection depends on your cell phone coverage. Parts of town I live in have poor connection so I have to wait until i can see 3G or 4G on my phone to be successful. 5. You can tell the status of your switch from your phone. 6. I would buy more if they drop the price again!

Cons: Timer app on the android could be a bit more intelligent. They need to upgrade the software, otherwise it is functional.
