Overall Review: Neweggs's customer services took excellent care on may old rma and price adjustments. With the excellent customer service I just ordered another $300.00 of equipment from them.

Pros: I received a replacement unit it worked out the box. I was so glad with customer service gave me a refund on the shipping of the original and I received the unit with in two days after Newegg received the first defective unit.

Cons: Sadly to say all good things must come to an end. The unit died again a little over a week. Now getting the E74 error. Since this happened on the weekend pretty close to the 30 day limit it would not make it back in to newegg in time for another replacement. I don't thing these units were throughly checked out before being resold.

Overall Review: Why send it back any just to get another bad unit. Like I said before I will just open it and fix the unit myself. Newegg you just lost a long time customer.
