I like it mostly...

Pros: Looks Great, good cable management, easy install
Cons: horizontal stability
Overall Review: So 4 eggs for one reason and one reason only. The horizontal stability of the shelves. You see there are two tiny screws that mount the aluminum horseshoe shelf bracket to the frame. Unfortunately the screws are so small that they allow the shelf to tip left and right slightly once they are put under weight. Other than that I love the shelf, it looks amazing and integrated cable management is a must for any AV mounting.
Good Enough

Pros: Low Cost & Compact
Cons: Uplink Issues
Overall Review: The switch works fine with PC's connecting, however, when we needed to uplink them to other switches there were some issues up-linking. We bought half a dozen of these to use the PoE function to power some SonicPoint N AP's. On one end the AP on the other end the SonicWall TZ 215 Firewall, the unit powered the AP's fine but would not link with the Firewall. We tried adjusting the speed and duplex on the firewall ports to see if they would link up and no dice. We have a Linksys Managed 16 port switch with the firewall which the units would not link up with either. I pulled a small 10/100/1000 CISCO Small Business 5 port switch from the shop and also would not link up. We ended up buying a D-Link DGS-108 and was able to use that in place of the Linksys in conjunction with these little guys. They have been in and running for over a month now with no complaints from the users so a bit of a kerfuffle to start with but in the end it is all working.
