Pros: Fast, small footprint, excellent copies.

Cons: Replacing the toner for the first time resulted in the printer failing to print. Did troubleshooting with experienced IT professional, methodically going through every possible source of the problem, every component of connection to the computer and the printer, power, cable, switch, port, IP address, network connection, etc. Finally printer required a complete factory reset, which is apparently rare.
