Pros: It's a mac and thus it is a good computer for people who are not computer-literate. Apple is known for making very simple visual layouts which are easy to use for most everyone (not the blind, they have some issues with the mac os layouts for some reason.)

Cons: Compare it with a entertainment/gaming PC of the same price and notice how you get much less for your money when buying the apple product. You are buying the apple name. You can also not upgrade your own mac without voiding all sorts of warranties and apple support is known for being shoddy and pricey.
