Pros: -Intel is high quality stuff. Of all the years I've built computers I've never had one DOA intel processor. Well, same with AMD but still...
-Fast, fast, fast...
Cons: only 3.5ghz, but at least boost makes it 3.9 which is decent.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The MSI boards have always looked good and have been reliable. I really liked their design.
I really like the fact that I didn't have to flash the bios on this one.
I also like the fact that the UEFI is so much better than it was just a year ago, big plus!
OC genie, I simply pressed dat button and I didn't have to sacrifice any goats to the OC G0ds!
Last but not least...that glowing shield is just so beautiful!
Cons: Super expensive, this board. But its worth it for reliability and quality.
Other Thoughts: Motherboards of the same model will function just the same though they are at different price points and come from different manufacturers. The only difference I've noticed is the UEFI, and maybe a few added gimmicks, and quality. What you're paying for here is quality.
I've always bought ASUS for everything because they were the cheapest. Ironically enough, I shelled out top dollar for the most expensive asus flagship motherboards for my last 2 builds, and they both came in dead, and partially dead. I've gotten 2 bad ASUS motherboards in a row now and I didn't want a 3rd one so I decided to go with MSI and they have been absolutely flawless.
This review is from: NZXT Kraken X61 RL-KRX61-01 280mm All-In-One Water / Liquid CPU Cooling Solution
Pros: -Glowy lights on the pump.
-Ridiculously simple installation.
-Good factory installed heat sink compound.
-Best cooling AIO I've had.
Cons: -Even though it was so simple and easy that I did not have to look at the instructions, I decided to look out of curiosity. What does it say? "Go to website for instructions" haha. What if you have no other computers?
Other Thoughts: If you have the I7 processors, this will be the easiest AIO liquid cooler you have ever installed, provided your case can handle a 280mm radiator. To mount the pump, which is usually the hardest part, you just have to install the right standoffs (the only ones that will fit on the motherboard) and then screw the pump onto them, done.READ FULL REVIEW
