No issues for years.

Pros: Smooth installation of course. Pretty blue light. Not too obtrusive. Quiet fan. Not too quiet though, but I prefer a bit of noise so I know the computer is running. Never had a problem with this PSU, it's been extremely faithful in the last 4 years on an Asus motherboard. Modular cords are not too short, not too long. Great for a clean setup!
Cons: Hmm...It's a power supply and it supplies power. Can't think of any cons at this time.
Overall Review: Would have preferred more SATA than molex...maybe I lost my SATA cords though. Not sure.
Reliable.

Pros: I have no complaints about this CPU. I have never once had any problems with it. After about 9 months i replaced the thermal glue on it, and it now stays at a steady 27 degrees celcius while idle, maybe 40 tops on a heavy load. Nothing leaves me saying "Well, i wish this was faster" or "why is this not doing what i want it to". Pretty simple, right? The fact that i can't think of anything that sticks out about it is what makes me happy.
Cons: Does get overloaded pretty easily while doing music production. But that's my fault for not having a sound card to handle that. And, no l3 cache, but i haven't noticed a super tremendous difference in performance compared to other chips from around the same release date as this one, so the l3 cache "con" is more of something that's just on paper that could irk the technologically inclined.
Overall Review: Pretty cheap. I'm keeping this until i can settle on something for the am2+ socket as an upgrade... If you're on a budget and want something worth that money, go for this or something similar. you won't be dissapointed.
Can do a lot...for cheap

Pros: Bought this motherboard sometime last year. I love it! I got it with 4gb of ddr2 ram, an ati radeon 4750, and an amd athlon II x4. This combo doesn't seem like much, and was easy on the wallet, but it has lasted me a long time. I haven't yet used the HDMI or optical ports, which i see some negative reviews about, but for just using two monitors to run games / movies it's great. Of course, there is more to be desired, but my budget was only around $600. Of course, with a better PSU and a GPU upgrade i'd be golden. That being said, I am soon going to upgrade this board for the amd x6, 4gb more RAM, and maybe a new psu/gpu. I'll report back on how it holds up. With the right cooling, i think it'll be golden. Oh, and maybe a sound card (see below).
Cons: Eh... the onboard sound has eventually stopped working for me. I produce music as well and it can't handle so much, and now crackles time to time... that's not okay. I also wish the southbridge heatsink was a little bigger, but, again: the price overlooks these things, and i haven't had any serious cooling/heating issues since i've owned it, and i give it a pretty big workload IMO.
Overall Review: In the right hands, for those who are not expecting miracles, this board will last forever.
