I like it!

COUGAR 200M Optical LED Gaming Mouse
COUGAR 200M Optical LED Gaming Mouse

Pros: It's got orange lights! Very comfortable Multiple settings for the dpi right on top, easy to get at. Side buttons work nicely. I'm not a hardcore gamer or anything, so I don't need a million buttons on it. It works, looks cool, and is comfortable to use. What's not to like? Also it's orange, orange LEDs are a pain to find and are pricey sometimes.

Cons: Sandstorm by Darude doesn't start when I max out the DPI settings via the button on top.

It's fine. Software is frustrating and startup of headset is slow or feels unresponsive.

Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset - 7.1 Surround Sound Headphones for PC, MacOS, PS5, PS4 - Discord Certified - 50mm Drivers – Carbon
Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset - 7.1 Surround Sound Headphones for PC, MacOS, PS5, PS4 - Discord Certified - 50mm Drivers – Carbon

Pros: - Microphone and speakers are fine, nothing extraordinary. - Range on headset is OK. - Wireless is a convenience. - No LEDs all over the place. - Microphone can detach. - Customizable equalizer configurations as profiles.

Cons: - My very old Creative wired headset at 1/3 the price sounded just as good with no difference in microphone quality. - I can get maybe 25ft away before the range becomes an issue. - The iCue software must be running for the voice prompts to work. If those are enabled, but the software isn't running, there will be no audio cue at all to indicate boot or microphone toggle. - iCue software frequently fails to play audio cue for microphone or boot. Requires you to exit and re-open the software.

Overall Review: It's fine. If you want a reasonably priced wireless headset, it will do the job. The software is not the easiest to use and navigate. While I appreciate the range of audio adjustments you can make, I'm pretty happy with the default options/profile things that are there. Comfort wise it's okay, though it's slightly tight, horizontally, on my head. I assume it will loosen up a little with time. I'm unsure if the charging is just very slow or the battery life isn't really that good, but I'll plug it in overnight and it will sometimes only last a few hours before complaining and shutting off. The iCue software can run, along with its related services, on login. That would be great, but the audio cues will never play for me unless I manually start the software. If it auto-starts, I have to close and re-open it. It takes a long time to connect with the headset and begin playing audio cues when I turn on the headset. If the headset turns off due to the auto-shut off feature, then the software needs to be restarted too. TL;DR: It's inexpensive compared to many other similar headsets and it's functionally not an awful wireless headset, but I'd have rather gone wired again to be honest and saved like $100.

Works Great!

EMERSON Dual-Alarm AM/FM Clock Radio CKS9031
EMERSON Dual-Alarm AM/FM Clock Radio CKS9031

Pros: Automatically switches to/from daylight savings Large bright numerals May set multiple alarms Becomes increasingly loud as I ignore it and lay in bed Able to put a battery inside to keep it from losing the time while unplugged.

Cons: The lights aren't orange =P

Overall Review: It's refurbished, take reviews on refurbishes with a grain of salt.

Nice Watch!

Casio Men's MTP1303L-1AV Black Leather Quartz Watch with Black Dial
Casio Men's MTP1303L-1AV Black Leather Quartz Watch with Black Dial

Pros: Looks sharp and is comfortable. I wasn't looking for anything more out of it.

Cons: None really, though I got used to having the day of the month on the watch face though from another watch and I still try to check it out of habit.

Not bad...

Edimax EW-7722In 300Mbps 11n Wireless PCI adapter with 2 x 3dBi Detachable Antennas
Edimax EW-7722In 300Mbps 11n Wireless PCI adapter with 2 x 3dBi Detachable Antennas

Pros: Cheap, very fast shipping, quick install, and the utility has some decent features. Decent sensitivity, can see the network over at our barn without any trouble.

Cons: Unfortunately, my connection freezes for a second every so often while playing games. It became a bit better after I let Windows find a driver for it (using a version 5.0.21.0 Ralink one) since the one from the disc and the one off their website were even worse with this problem. Using the utility that it recommends didn't help at all, so I'm using Windows to manage it. I'm planning on sticking it in my Endian to see if that will work, but I'm hesitant now because of the problem I'm getting at the moment. I notice the data rate changing reasonably often, so I'm wondering if it's having trouble switching back down to a lower modulation after trying a higher one.

Overall Review: Fantastic if you aren't playing games or anything requiring a constant connection, such as browsing the web. If that's all you need, then by all means this would be a great buy!

59GB

Patriot Signature 64GB MicroSD Extended Capacity (Micro SDXC) Flash Card
Patriot Signature 64GB MicroSD Extended Capacity (Micro SDXC) Flash Card

Pros: Worked with my phone! (Motorola Razr M) It didn't say it was supported specifically but I'm enjoying the room for my music.

Cons: When formatted for the phone it only said 59GB. Disappointed with the -5GB space for music. It's not too big of a deal since more often than not I just mash "next" until I get to a song I want to sing along to.

Overall Review: Windows can't count, 63,350,767,616 bytes is not 59GB (also not 64GB), but it was formatted for the phone at this point. I'm not terribly concerned with the speed, since I'm stuck at USB2 speed. I don't have an actual SD card reader and use a USB adapter for it and it will be sitting in my phone storing music anyway.

Works great!

Grabbed this, an SSD, and 4GB of memory for a nice little firewall appliance. Installed Sophos and it recognized everything out the gate, although I haven't gotten the access point to work using the built in antenna. Granted, I had no intention of actually using it. Installation was easy, though the screws were a little hard to get out until I could get a good purchase on the rubber.
