Pros: Fast delivery, very fast. UPS Man very nice. NewEgg gets Five Eggs, HP One Egg. Nice machine, other than not working as it is said to. Nice printer and scanner, but LightScribe is a joke.

Cons: LightScribe will not work. I called HP, lost connection on other side of world. 18 hours later they called me back in middle of night. Still will not work. Very disappointed in HP.

Pros: Works fairly well.

Cons: I expected more from TOMTOM. Maps are over 1 year old and cost more to update then saved from Recond.
