Will this work with a mini Mac?

You Will Need an adapter, This Monitor only has a VGA port, Depending on what Mac Mini Version you have, You either have an HDMI port or a DVI Port. So you need a VGA TO DVI Or A VGA TO HDMI Adapter.

Is this compatble with Windows 10?

We are using it on Windows 10. Works great.

Is there mounting holes on the bottom?

The mounting holes are how the stand is attached. In our usage, we remove the stand, and the 4 holes line up perfectly for our VESA Mounts, and we end up using the screws already on the stand, to secure the VESA Mount.

compatible with windows 8?

Sorry I haven't tested it with Windows 8, only with Win 7 but it works great only had to install a driver. I would think there shouldn't be a problem with Win 8 which was built for touch screens such as this.

The Planar® PT1545RPF features resistive touch screen technology with a built-in privacy filter that makes it an excellent choice for open, high traffic environments where on-screen data needs to be kept private.

The cost-effective PT1545R 15" touch screen monitor is perfect for use in retail, point-of-sale, government, education, health care and kiosk applications. Easily integrated with a variety of Point Of Sale (POS), thin client or PC systems, the monitor features 5-wire resistive touch screen with dual RS-232/USB touch screen interface, an internal power supply, speakers and a designed for touch enclosure. No drivers are needed for basic touch screen operation, but for advanced features, drivers are quickly loaded using the easy to follow, step-by-step instructions.

The Planar PT1545R monitor comes standard with a deskstand capable of -5 to 90-degree tilt range and is compatible with other mounting options using the 100mm VESA standard hole pattern on the back of the monitor.
