How well does this touchscreen monitor work with Raspberry Pi 3 and Raspbian when doing multi-touch actions such as pinch to zoom, two finger rotate to rotate image, swipes left and right as well as up and down?

I don't know what those things are. This monitor works well for my application because I was looking for something small and sharp. I only use simple commands (single touch).

Question 2

Where are the USB port and the HDMI port?

in the back on the bottom, where most monitor cables plug in. The usb is to give you the touch/mouse function, not to plug a usb key into the monitor. Also, the screen isn't the most stable. It wobbles a little when you touch it.

Question 3

Will this monitors viewing angle adjust to 90 degrees (flat for viewing from directly in front of the monitor ie monitor at eye level) ?

If you mean so that you are looking straight at it at head/eye level (standing, sitting, etc.) then definitely. If you mean flat as in flat on the table top and then sitting or standing and looking down, I believe so.

If you are talking about the PHYSICAL stand/hinge itself, as in not at an angle upwards, then also yes - the one I bought is for a client in a restaurant and they have it high enough that they are looking straight at it.
