Why won’t the B03Pro+ pair with my Bluetooth headphones or speaker?
Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices, place the two devices within 3 ft (1 m), and put both into pairing mode. If pairing still fails, reset both devices and try again.
Why is there still an audio delay?
For low-latency audio, your headphones or speaker must also support aptX Low Latency. Otherwise, a noticeable delay may occur.
Why don’t the volume buttons work with my TV?
The buttons control the volume of connected Bluetooth headphones or speakers. If they do not support Bluetooth volume control, adjust the volume on your TV instead.
Is it compatible with AirPods?
Yes, it works with most AirPods. However, AirPods Pro (2nd generation or 3nd generation) and AirPods 4 models may occasionally connect without sound. If this happens, press the play/pause control on the AirPods twice to restore the audio.
Why isn’t LDAC working?
In TX mode, use LDAC-compatible headphones, select LDAC on the adapter, and connect only one device. In RX mode, your phone must support LDAC; Apple devices do not, and some Android phones require LDAC to be enabled manually.
