Yes, I downloaded it on steam, there is a minor issue with compatibility, something with my audio driver, but this was my own issue since I built the computer. In short yes this game code works for steam, and it runs perfectly fine!

So I currently live in the US, but in January I am moving to Germany for four months. I am wondering if the games that I have already bought on steam will still work while I am in Germany. I believe so, but I just want to make sure.
I am also wondering if I will be able to purchase games while I am in Germany. Particularly I am wondering if I will be able to purchase the American versions of the games (ie. the games will be in English). If so, will I be able to purchase them on the US release date, or will I have to wait for the European one? The main reason I am asking this is because Dragon Age 2 comes out in March, while I will still be in Germany.

You can use steam while being in Europe
However I'm not sure if you can buy games since you are from the US and your payment address is still in the US but if you want to purchase a game while being in another country you might have to contact the support

You won't be able to use a US credit card in Europe. At least on Steam. You can always ask a family member (who stays home) to gift the game to you.
- you can play all the games you currently have on your account
- if you'll be in Germany, before making a purchase, make sure that you're not going to get the *censured* version of the game (as in no blood etc)
- as eydeep said, the US credit card can't be used from EU directly. Either rent a secure VPN-us account and use that to make the purchase or get a prepaid visa electron card for EU shopping
The games you currently own will remain untouched, but you may get flagged for trying to pay with an American credit card from a German IP address. Plus on top of that if you buy a censored German version of a game, the censored version will remain on your account when you return to the US. Just give a friend $200 before you go and have him gift you games from the US.
