Question 2

Does this computer mount (3M CS200MB) come with the adjustable metal rails (that secure the computer from sliding forward or backward) or only the black parts of the bracket?  I've seen images with the metal rails underneath the computer and without.

No, the holder does not come with any additional brackets to securely hold the PC in place. The base that the computer sits on is about 6-7 inches and it holds a mid tower (typical off-the-shelf) just fine. This is the best mount that I have used so far because of the maneuverability.
