Why does the sponge become rock hard after first use and can't be reused?
If the sponge dries hard, soak it in warm water until fully absorbed, then squeeze dry before use. This is normal — always store it slightly damp or re-wet before each use.
Why does the sponge head keep falling off and won't stay attached to the handle?
Ensure the sponge head is fully pressed into the slots until it clicks. If new, the fit may be tight — wet the head first to soften it, then firmly re-attach for a secure lock.
Why is the wringing/squeezing mechanism broken — it doesn't drain water out properly?
The new squeeze handle may need several pulls before first use to loosen up. Pull the ring firmly and steadily — the 180° fold design works best after a few break-in uses.
I am having trouble removing the mop head to replace it. Any tips?
Please don't pull it with force! The trick is to unlock the clip first. You just need to gently lift the side clip (as shown in the red-circled diagram), and it will release easily.
Can this be used for outdoor patio cleaning?
This mini mop is optimized for indoor, small-space cleaning (like bathrooms, kitchens, and mirrors). While it can be used outdoors for small spots, it is not designed for large-area heavy-duty scrubbing.
