I would recommend the seller. It did take a longer period of time for the product to be shipped and delivered == surprised me with how often items large and small arrive quickly via NewEgg orders.

The order came early but it wasnt the thing I ordered at all. What I ordered was an enclosure for hard drives. What I got was a single sata cable.

The ram would not work in two servers and one desktop, so I returned the same day it arrived with the same contents. Upon receipt of the RMA, the seller has claimed I did not return what I received, but that is simply not true. Never had this experience before and never thought to take a picture of the product when it was received and then when it was returned. Simply outrageous.

Customer service was ok when I called, but if I didn’t say anything, I would have waited forever. Their system said a label was created for an order but it never shipped. After 12 days I emailed the company. They told me they would look into it and get back to me ASAP. I waited another day and a half then emailed again. The agent then told me they must have lost the item I ordered and said they put in for a refund from Newegg. So... meh. Probably will avoid this seller in the future.

Ordered 2 motherboards from this vendor, got all the usual order receipts, etc. Received a tracking number, but it did not update for a few days and showed as invalid on the shipping provider's website. Contacted Alisili Marketplace customer service and was told that they had initially shipped the wrong motherboards so they had stopped the order and then found that they were out of stock of the boards I had ordered.

Cancelled the order, requested a refund, ordered different boards direct from Newegg. Customer service was polite and helpful, refund was issued within a reasonable time.

Ultimately things worked out fine and all it cost me was a minor hassle and a couple extra days of waiting, but the issue I had seems to coincide with the experience of a lot of other reviewers who have had shipping issues or incorrect products from Alisili Marketplace. I can't definitively say DON'T buy from them, but it seems they aren't very reliable.

Full disclosure - item is from a third-party seller but the customer service is to be handled by Newegg. I am still waiting on my item. This is the most inept customer service I have received in recent memory. I am shocked actually. I have friends who purchase from you and they have high marks for your products and CSM. Not me. We are waiting for our products to arrive. I ordered on 4 May... it is now late on 18 May. Not only do we not have our products, but we also have only excuses as to why - now it is the wrong tracking number. Why will it take an additional 3 days for you to obtain and give me the new tracking number? I will buy from Newegg again, I will avoid Alisili Marketplace like CV-19.

I received the wrong keyboard and the packaging the keyboard came in was terrible, the keyboard was broken.

It has been two weeks since purchase amd the item has not been drlivered nor gas the seller communicated why it has not been delivered.

Requested the item be canceled well before the item was shipped. Instead received notice that the item had shipped and to contact them for return shortly after the ship notice.

Bad service 15 days still have not received my order. Very disappointed with the service. I tried to cancel the order and refund the money, but there was no option to request refund. Also your customer service haven't addressed the issue, acted like mute.
