I bought a laptop titled as with a FHD screen, but the screen was WXGA. On the description it said it was HD, so I was aware of the possible outcome. But the fact is that the title was wrong.

Comes with UK (?) power cord

Good desktop at a fair price. Comes with a UK (?) power cord (three blade type prongs - 2 horizontal, 1 vertical). Fortunately I had power cord from my last desktop available. Mouse and keyboard are very basic. When tested on userbenchmark, performed well - 70th percentile against other desktops... processor and RAM (Samsung M378A1K43DB2-CTD 2x8GB) scores were excellent, but clocked at 2400 MHz. Perhaps could be improved in BIOS profile. For me, it starts up quickly and performs great.

The SSD began failing immediately, when I asked about replacement I was told they are on vacation this week and it would be next week before they would deal with it. Yet another reason not to trust these third party sellers. I would not recommend dealing with them.

This laptop is mostly good so far. When I first got this, the microphone only worked on zoom. I e-mailed the seller back and forth until they told me to update the laptop. Once I did, the mic started working across all websites. The plug doesn’t go into my wall without an adaptor and the keyboard symbols don’t all match with what the keys actually do once pressed. It’s a uk keyboard but I had no idea that this meant-expect some of the symbols not to match what they actually do when you press them. It takes getting used to but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

The computer was received with a battery that would not hold a charge, and more importantly, would not start up due to a problem with the operating system. Clearly a sub-standard product and it appears it was not even op-checked before sending out.

The item was listed as Full HD (1920x1080). Came with only HD (1366x768). Took over a week of back and forth with Craving to even get them to acknowledge the issue, despite me giving them several technical details, like the model of screen (which showed the OEM had been replaced with inferior product). Then they have the audacity to charge restocking fee. Never again.

Just be careful. Selling me a laptop without a power cord is not good customer service. Still have not received the cord. Have to say, newegg was not a lot of help. To be fair, over the last 15 years, I have not had any memorable issues with newegg until now.
