I highly recommend the seller. The product was delivered slightly ahead of schedule and in the description described. The staff is very polite, cooperative, and knowledgeable. One slight complaint, the seller could have added some system description and design information. However, this information can be located searching the Internet. So, not a big deal.

PC looked ok, not a single scratch on the box at all yet, the tab on the graphics card was either not installed or was completely forgotten about. Cybertron tried to tell me "we would never ship out a pc knowing something is wrong with it, it has to be the people who shipped it throwing it around" but wouldn't there be damage or rough spots on the box if that was the case, the box was completely clean. The PC was a mess, the gpu was unseated because of the missing tab AND artifacting (for anyone who doesn't know what this is, look it up... it's not good), the 2nd PCI-E slot was coming off the motherboard, the wires were jumbled up throughout the pc. This would've been the 4th PC in a row of being with cybertron but I will NEVER buy from them again. The customer service was awful, had to call 5 times in total just to get my refund. 1st call: guy said he was gonna email me by the end of the day, week later never heard from him. 2nd guy: emailed me but then never responded to the answer I sent to him. 3rd guy (manager): helped me and sent me info on how my ticket was going and made sure I actually received the shipping label return it (I tried to email him later about it and he ignored my emails , don't remember his name). After I got the label and shipped it out it was received 6 days later and I expected to get my money 3-5 days after they got the pc back and inspected it... was not the case. 3 weeks later I called back and asked the 4th customer service guy about my return he said "I will check on your return with the return people and we will send you info by the end of the day" (I called at 9am est so they had plenty of time) Never heard back from him. 5th and final guy (manager Sam Pho) called him at 1:26 pm and everyone was at lunch so he said he would call me back in an hour with info. 2:26 pm, he calls me back saying that there was "some confusion with what they were supposed to do with the return" The RETURN section, didn't know what to do with the RETURN.... amazing. Sam really helped though, he told them to give me my money back and was very apologetic about about it. Cybertron has gone way down hill since I bought my old pc's, took over a month just to get my money back, spent almost 3k on a PC just to be ignored multiple times by customer service and be told the classic "Not our fault" even though it was clearly their fault by the people replying to reviews.

Unit works great but does not come with a wireless internet connection. You can use a hard wire connection if needed immediately or purchase a wireless card separately.

What they don't have listed is liquid cooling which this machine does come with. Mine came with an MSI RTX 2080, ASRock MB so this isn't a cheap part built machine. So far I am VERY happy with this purchase.

Very good deal. Quality parts. Attention to detail. Great cable management. Everything I expected and more. The case is not Zalman shown on the picture, but equally as good. Also pc has a cd drive. Mine came with vga, dvi and hdmi ports. First start was uneventful, Ubuntu runs flawlessly, as expected. I already added Galaxy gt640 graphics card and it runs smoothly. My energy meter shows this pc consumes 55 Watt/hr. Not bad. I would definitely recommend this seller and this pc.

I’m fine with the build, but after 6 weeks of waiting for my arrival to get here come to find out my CPU isn’t the i7 9700 like it was stated in the build. Coming down to the fact I payed much more extra money to not get what I asked for. To me that alone is a knocker for the rating. Other than that the build is nice the set up was doing properly from what I see as well. Just now an even more over priced product.

While we are glad that you are happy with the build overall, we were concerned when, in addition to the comment on the time it took for the package to be delivered, the feedback mentioned that the system appeared to have an incorrect processor.

As to the shipping time, we can understand the frustration, as delivery to an APO address, especially one that is overseas, can take quite a while, sometimes months. Although beyond our control, we apologize.

We shipped the order as swiftly as possible. The order was released to us for fulfillment in the late afternoon of Friday, May 31st, and shipped the following Monday, June 3rd, via UPS SurePost. UPS took initial possession of the package, which was then transferred to the United States Postal Service on June 10th. After that, the USPS had possession of the package, and made an initial delivery attempt 36 calendar days from the original shipping date, on July 9th, and successfully delivered the package on July 10th. We do sympathize with you, regarding the time it took to be delivered, and wish it could have been delivered sooner.

With regards to the processor, thanks to the details you were able to provide in our email conversations, and the records for the system we have here, we believe that the system does contain the correct processor, an Intel Core i7-9700K.

The reasons we believe this are as follows:
1) Our invoice shows an i7-9700K and an ASRock Z390 Pro4 motherboard.
2) We take photos of each system, and the photos for the system you received confirm the ASRock Z390 Pro4 motherboard is in system (the processor of course, cannot be seen, due to being covered by the cold plate of the liquid-cooler).
3) In our email conversation, you indicated that the processor was being identified as an i7-7700.
4) While an i7-7700 can be physically installed on an ASRock Z390 Pro4, the motherboard does not support that processor (or any other 7th generation CPU), and will not boot with one installed.

As the system is running, the above leads us to believe that the correct processor (i7-9700K) was installed, but is not being identified correctly, by a program other than Windows. At the time of this writing (August 2nd, 2019), we await your reply with what Windows itself identifies the processor as.

As a quick aside, you indicated that due to the 30+ days for initial delivery, and the time you have left at your current location, that you did not feel it would be feasible to address exchanging the processor, if it was the incorrect one, as it might take longer than that for the replacement to arrive.

As we mentioned in our emails, please know that we stand ready to assist you, once you are at your new address. And please rest assured, that if the processor sent in the system was incorrect, we will gladly work with you, to get you the correct one.

Ordered a desktop rig that came with a lot of nice features, including "Aura" fan lighting effects. After about 3 days, the lighting module stopped working. Customer service had a new one sent to me within a week and everything is working great now! Very easy to work with and the computer is running perfectly!

Machine arrived on time, but even though they say they 'tested' it after build, the graphics card was not working properly. Had squares of flashing lights when attempting to play any game.

attempting to return it was a complete mess. first the number they gave me to call them kept disconnecting on me (tried 2 hours after they opened on 5 different phones and the same thing each time: got put on hold, 30 secs go buy, hang up). when i asked for a new number to call through dealing with them via email, they told me that is the only number they have and didn't seem to believe me when i said it wasn't working.

when they called me their number was listed as unknown called with no number... almost no one answers unknown caller numbers. the entire process seemed to be set up to NOT handle returns or help their customers.

now i am waiting for who knows how long for a replacement GPU... really wish i never bought from this company.

We also sincerely apologize if you feel that you were argued with. It is *never* our intention to argue with a customer, only to discuss the particular circumstances, facts, and resolutions to a customer concern.

We respect your feelings, and would like to respectfully provide what we hope will be helpful detail.

The listing in question did have a typo - in one location only - a single field on the Specifications tab. This is where an unintentional typo referenced the processor family as 'i7'. The entirety of the rest of the listing - title, bullet points, description paragraph, etc., all indicated the correct processor family, 'i5'. Of the 6 total locations where the processor family was mentioned, the correct value of i5 was shown in all but that one field.

At this point, we feel it is important to note that all of the other specifications, i.e., speed, cores, etc. were correct for the listed i5-8400 processor, and the system ordered.

Also of import is the fact that no such processor as an i7-8400 exists. Of the i3, i5 and i7 families, only the i5 has "8400" series processors.

After initial communications regarding your concerns, you were kind enough to send us images of the transaction, including the order confirmation. These also correctly show i5 for all but at most one of the times the processor is referenced, in each image. Please note that in all cases, even those where the typo appears, that the correct value of i5 was visible on the page, or in the image, at all times.

The images of the Newegg invoice and receipt make no mention of i7 at all, instead showing only the correct i5 entry.

The order summary image shows the title of the product, with the correct i5 entry, while later in the summary, the data from the field with the typo is shown, displaying i7; again in a single location.

The above, summarized here, is what guided the decision regarding the order:
The correct value of i5 was the majority, and at times the only, entry listed for the processor family. The typo was not in all locations, or even on all documents, and was only rarely referenced. When it was, and in fact at all times, the correct value of i5 was also visible. There is no such processor as the i7-8400, which would have been referenced by the typo.

We hope the above has been helpful and informative, and has provided some insight as to what guided the decision regarding the order.

Came as advertised. Runs smoothly and quietly. A different review said they had to format the hard drive but I did not have that issue. It does not come with a built-in wireless card so that needs to be obtained separately. Would absolutely recommend!
