Returns for Sealed & Unused Merchandise is allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us to request an RMA number (a Return Merchandise Authorization). Return will be rejected without a RMA.
For all the returns, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Per Newegg’s policy, return postage is on the buyer. When RMA is approved, we will have to receive the item(s) within the next 10 days. No refund(s)/exchange(s) will be made if the package is received after this time. There is a 30% restocking fee for returns.
Warranty for upgraded products. We are system integrator and partner with all the big PC brands in US, most of the computers we sold have upgraded hardware or software. We are responsible for the warranty for those systems. We are responsible for the shipping within United States. Customer will be responsible for all the shipping outside of United States if you purchase or carry the products outside of USA.
Returns for Opened Merchandise – Is allowed within 15 days from date of purchase. Open merchandise must be returned in its undamaged manufacturers packaging and must include all accessories. There is a 30% restocking fee for opened items. Please do not tape or write anything on the manufacturers packaging. Merchandise that is received in any way that compromises it original packaging will result in a much higher restocking fee based on its loss of value. The restocking fee for opened items received in a compromised condition is at our discretion.
Batteries, Cell Phones, Video games, Software & Licenses, Warranties, Home and Kitchen Appliances, Personal Care, Televisions, Larger LCD Screens & Laptops, Used One-Time Use Products cannot be returned if the package has been opened, under any circumstances. Please contact us, if you need an exception to this prior to buying the above items.
Damaged or otherwise defective items if reported within 7 days purchase will be replaced free of charge. If your item(s) becomes or is found to be defective beyond the allotted reporting period then the product falls under the manufacturers warranty then you should contact the manufacturer directly.
Refunds & exchanges, regardless of the nature, are generally processed within 5-10 business days. If the allotted time has already passed and you have still not been refunded in any way please contact us.
Do not send your return prior to asking for a RMA number. Return without an RMA on the box may be misplaced altogether and/or will be refused by our warehouse! Please include a copy of the order invoice/packing slip, from the original order along with a copy of the email confirmation in the return package.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
