General Return Policy
Desktop / notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, digital cameras, camcorders and projectors, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and CD/DVD duplicators may be returned within 15 days of purchase. All other products may be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Damaged, Not Working or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective , damaged, not working or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to us with in 14 Days and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund. If you would rather return the item by mail, please call us for special instructions at

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items( Licenses, Software etc.)
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include licenses, software, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, consumable items including batteries, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary or missing major contents Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact with us. Returns with Opened Box( Original Manufacturer Sealed Broken) items, Missing Packaging or Accessories
If you opened original box or do not have all the original packaging or accessories, that's okay too. We can process a return with a following deduction on your refund.
If product is in New Condition -unopened original box - 20% Restocking
If product is in New Condition -opened original box(Comes with all accessories) - 30% Restocking
If product is in New Condition -opened box( missing box or any other accessories such as cable, brackets etc...) - 50% Restocking
If product is in used condition, return for No-Needed anymore or similar reason up to - 80% Restocking
Shipping cost will not be Refunded. Tax will be refunded.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
