Does not do 165 Hz Refresh at 1080p

“ Description doesn't say anything about what versions of Display Port or HDMI it is compatible with, so I have no idea if it is supposed to support 165 Hz or not. ”

Works as intended. Probably sticking with this brand for DP cables.
