Item sat in cart for two weeks under the title "label created"...I tried calling them, no one answered the phone. I think this seller is nothing but a scam artist....NewEgg should do a better job of policing these sellers. Very disappointed.

Item showed up in a static bag without manufacturers box. I have yet to see if it works due to the fact I’m still waiting on other parts for my build.

I ordered Anker wireless chargers for my wife. One of the power cords was defective. It took very little hoop jumping and after two emails Anker sent out a replacement that works very well. I would recommend their products to everyone.

After I place my order, I was wait a little, than I check Seller's rating.. and found a lot of review which are not as good as possible... and I contact seller and ask him pack my item properly.... I text to seller a few times with questions about "how we can get proff-of-delivery"...and got his reply fast , so I don't see any problems with our communication. And If we keep in mind that my order was placed on 08/24/2020, and there was one weekend.. so I've got an Item in a SEVEN day after order... Not bad at all! I'm happy with that service and highly recommend Instock Masks ! Serge

The seller for this particular item advertised it as new when, in fact, a scan showed it had more than 400 hours when I received it. Newegg interceded and gave me a full refund.

I would not recommend any body to do business with this seller. He is or they are dodgy, very late and slow response, they sent me used AirPods Pro that I am pretty sure the seller used for sometime then sold them here as being brand new while charging me full price for them.

The box was shipping pretty damaged, loosely taped, the inside package was a little scratched / scuffed, but the product is in perfect condition so I'm very happy.

Good value. I just hope these masks were not a product of a China sweat-shop. Now that I know about the labor exploits being used in China, I will do more research before I buy!

10 days between the day the label was created and the date the item shipped. My biggest complaint is that 8 days after the label was created and I made an inquiry they responded by saying they had just shipped, to look at the tracking. According to tracking info it y tu ok then another 2 days to ship. In total 14 days to ship from Boston to Jacksonville... at the end I plugged in the drive and it was defective. Any guesses to whether they will process my return without delays and issues?

So, not realizing that it was not sold by Newegg (I’m new here), I ordered the motherboard I wanted and it did not ship until a week later after I contacted the seller. The item arrived in a visibly recycled package and I immediately noticed the lack of adequate packaging material along with the incorrect motherboard. I promptly made an exchange for the right one. The one I asked for eventually made it’s way to me, again in a recycled box but this time NO packaging material. Nonetheless the board was the right one, and the box appeared undamaged, until I noticed the tape had already been cut. Nothing was visibly missing until I tried to look for the instruction manual which was not there. This was opened product that I had paid full price for. It has been awful dealing with this person, I will not continue. I will however be more careful about whom I buy from.

I would recommend this seller. The only downside to this transaction was, the mailing time took a little longer than expected. Other than that issue, everything else was perfect.

All the reviews about this third party seller are correct. They lie, they ship very late, and customer service it poor. High end mother board wasn't shipped, contact them they blew me off, contacted them back told I would report them for fraud, they replyed said it was shipped few days ago and wait till Thursday for refund if it doesn't arrive, Thursday came and they finally shipped it, haven't got it yet not sure if it's damaged. Not high hopes on it working.

Great SSD Drive

Everything is fine with the equipment but the shipping and dealing with the seller sucks. The SSD Drive had to travel from Boston to Providence and i didn't get it for a week. I could have picked it up myself and it would have only taken a two hour drive and i was promised two day delivery by the seller.

However, the shipping label was created but product did not ship for another 5 days later with the claim that USPS did not pick up shipment and they were waiting for them to do so. So I'm not sure who's fault this is.... does USPS really take 5 days to pick up products that are entered into their system or is this the vender's fault? Not sure. Maybe they should set up a delivery to the shipper.

Has lied about shipping. Don’t go with this company. I have two packages from two different sellers that are in transit marked shipped the same exact day as this one, tracking shows both made it to the post office the same day. This company marked shipped the same day as those and it did not get to the post office. it has been 3 days now “Awaiting for Item Arrival” on tracking. I sent a message and they said they put it in the mail but blamed covid for shipping delays. Even though I literally have two packages on the way to my house. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Don’t Buy from Instock Masks

Ordered product 5/26, not realizing it wasn’t sold by NewEgg. Shipping label was created 5/30 but the item did not ship until I contacted NewEgg on 6/4 to request the seller to cancel order. Seller lied and said it shipped previously and they could not cancel the order but from the tracking you can clearly see that Instock Masks did not ship until 6/5. Item is still not here 6/10, even though it was supposed to be delivered today. All other components, even ones not in stock when ordered and a freaking i9-10900K arrived by 6/5 and this product was supposedly in stock with the seller. It must take two weeks to ship from Boston to Detroit or I’m just to used to Prime shopping, either way this seller sucks. Instock Masks is a joke of a seller and probably a scam, don’t buy from them, make sure the products you buy are from NewEgg.
