Worst costumer experience I've ever had from both kanadian best Inc and new egg! They shipped out a power supply even tho I canceled the order, then it took 17 different tries over a month to get my full refund and I had to fight with new egg for the full refund they only wanted to give me half. So just make sure you don't get a third party involved here. Shame on new egg I use to love this site and I won't order from them again. Even told that to one guy I talked to and he said he doesn't blame me......

There is an extreme disconnect between order processing and shipping over at this company. My item was listed as "In Transit" for a solid month. The seller would/could not contact me after I sent an inquiry regarding the status of the item purchased, until I filed a Newegg claim.

In a poorly written email they informed me that they had decided that the parcel was "lost in transit" because it was handled improperly, and that I would have to wait about 2 weeks to see my money returned to me. Awful experience all around..if you see any items at a good price being offered from Kanadian Best, think twice.

Stay far, far away from them if you have any common sense about you.

Order placed beginning of April, now May 22nd. They said delivery beginning of May, no problem. May 22nd, I reached out 2 weeks ago, and newegg reached out Friday, no response from vendor. Just submitted a claim today to get my money back from newegg. Will look for equivalent tower from another vendor.

Gave no indication of when the item was being shipped. Never gave updates, and I'm still waiting on the power supply. I don't even know if the power supply I've purchased is out of rotation, since I don't get any updates from them.

I emailed them 3 times requesting updates and never received any response. After no updates, I decided to cancel the order and find my products elsewhere. However, not even 30 minutes after I requested the cancellation, they decided to go ahead and charge me for the products and ship them without permission. Do not use them as they overcharge for products and are a third party retailer that sources their products from other companies and are very unreliable. They say they have them in stock when they do not and then decide to scam you by refusing to cancel an order and not respond to any attempted contact just to get their money.

I messaged them the day after the order was placed in the morning (two days before it shipped) and requested they cancel. They didn't. Instead, they not only shipped it but in a baffling choice they shipping it by just smacking a shipping label on to the power supply's shrink wrapped box. So a power supply box sat on my porch for the afternoon when it arrived. Will be seeking a refund for sure. Don't do business with these clowns.

As the title describes, I should have read the reviews of this seller first before falling for their false claim that they had a PSU in stock when no one else did. Newegg processed my order request, and charged my account with the promise that my order will be shipped. When checking the tracking information provided, I saw that a label was created on April 22nd. That's all fine and dandy until NOTHING changes with the shipment status, my account is STILL billed and it's now May 5th! I went through the proper escalation procedure and contacted the seller directly requesting to have my order cancelled so that I could FINALLY order a different PSU and get it so I can finish building my computer! They are not responding to my request, I still haven't had my order cancelled, and now Newegg is still trying to let them take care of this? NO!! Newegg needs to REMOVE this seller from their site so this NEVER happens again! This company is nothing but a SCAM! Not to mention that I got this exact same PSU from another seller at a fraction of the price. So not only are they selling items that they don't have in stock, but they're jacking up the price too!!! Needless to say I'm outraged, and I hope this review manages to make everyone think twice before they hit 'Place Order' if the seller is Kanadian best inc.

Ordered this item and others to build a computer on the 19th of April. Label for shipping was created on the 24th and has never shipped, or advanced from there. Reading other reviews this seems to be a problem with this seller. All my other items for my computer have arrived with no problems, excepting this. Do not, I repeat, do not give this seller any business. They will take your money and leave you waiting.
So far no refund, no contact, nothing...

Bad experience, nearly identical to many others who have rated Kanadian Best at 1 Egg. Ordered a computer case and it "shipped" a couple of days later. However, the tracking number is phony TBA number. After a week, no contact and no updated tracking info online. After I emailed them, an auto reply said it will arrive within the 8-15 business day window! Finally, after another 3 days, I get a real reply from customer service with a real tracking number, shipping out of southern California. Obviously they NEVER had the item in stock and simply ordered it from another vendor when a customer complains.

Ordered a PSU 4/9 a shipping label was created but never shipped. I contacted them several times and finally last Friday the emailed and said it would be shipped in the beginning of May. Then Sunday they emailed and said the order was canceled and would be refunded. This was a delay of me building my computer. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE.

I can't believe you have the guts to mark the PSU up by 75% and then not even ship it for 2 weeks. When I checked the seller ratings I thought to myself: hey, let's give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was just a few upset customers. I also think, it is the coronavirus lockdown and everyone else is sold out but they do say in stock and I am willing to pay a little extra to not wait a few weeks. Well, here I am now weeks later with no PSU and down 175% of the value of that PSU. Luckily, my local micro center had one in stock so I was able to get my computer back up and running again.

It has been almost three weeks and I have yet to receive my product. I know we are currently experiencing a pandemic and shipping may take a while but this is unacceptable.
