The Wii is an amazing, family-friendly console with a variety of motion-sensor-dependent games. By tipping the Wii-mote one way or another, changing the internal gyroscope's orientation, you can partake in a variety of games in a much more immersive way than previous systems could provide. Of course, having a controller in the first place is essential, and the Wii only comes with one white Wii-mote and Nunchuck. The colors and shapes available for the system are much broader than that one option, however. You can mix and match colors and finishes, or even switch out wristbands to totally personalize the look and feel. At the end of the day, don't forget to buy a charging station as well and the right rechargeable batteries, so you can keep getting the best performance from your Wii accessories.
Be sure to also buy the right kind of cables as part of your Wii accessories purchase. Some games have high-definition content that you can't fully enjoy without the right composite cables and other attachments. Extension cords and enhanced sensor bars for Wii-mote connectivity can also maximize your gaming experience, giving your console and remotes more reach.
