Compulsive Paintball, Inc. was founded in May of 2001 and has been proudly supplying the entire US and Canada with the finest Paintball Markers and Accessories. The shop is run by active and avid Paintball players that understand the sport and can help you get the items you need. Compulsive supplies everyone from the once a year recreational player to the seasoned tournament level player. We also supply Fields and Pro-Shops with Accessories, Markers, and Paint.

Compulsive has been known since our creation for our HUGE inventory of parts that no one else seems to have. All our inventory is stored at our office and IN STOCK orders are shipped within 24hrs of the business day they were placed. Compulsive has employed a state of the art computer system that allows live inventory and order tracking.
Most of the orders we process are from repeat customers. Why? Because our customers want the best service in the industry. When you shop with Compulsive, what you see is what you get. There is no confusing wording or hidden handling fees. We want our customers to be happy with every transaction, that's why we use an industry leading no hassles return policy. If you receive an item from us that doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the unused item for a full product refund. - Returns Policy
Some items such as Paintball Markers, Paintballs, and Video Games may not be returned for any reason.
ALL RETURNS must by accompanied by an RMA number. If an item is sent to Compulsive without an RMA, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. You can receive an RMA number through one of the following:
Website: Customers can log on to their account from the website. Select RMA from the upper right hand corner. On the RMA page choose the type of RMA service you would like (Refund, Credit, or Exchange), then select the order that the item was placed under. The website will issue you an RMA number and offer instructions on returning merchandise.
Phone: Contact a Compulsive Service Representative by telephone and they will assist you in receiving an RMA number.
Returns for Refund / Store Credit
Most merchandise may be returned for refund within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, merchandise may not be returned for any reason. Certain products may not be returned for any reason such as Paintball Markers, Paintballs, Clothing (except for size exchanges), DVDs, and Video Games. For a full product refund, items must include ALL original packaging and be in unused condition. Used condition is defined as any attempt to use, install, fire or remove a piece from its packaging other than for the purposes of reviewing the order. Items returned for Refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the safe arrival of returned items. For your protection, we recommend insurance and/or delivery confirmation for every return. Compulsive Paintball, Inc. will not be liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Please do not return mail any package in any type of envelope. Returns that have packaging damaged due to an envelope will have restocking fees to replace the damaged packaging. RMA Numbers must be clearly written on the package or they will be returned to sender.
Returns for Exchange
Most merchandise may be Exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, merchandise may not be exchanged for any reason. Certain products may not be returned for any reason such as custom, made to order markers, clothing (except for size exchanges), DVDs, and Video Games. For an item exchange, the original item(s) must include ALL original packaging and be in unused condition. Used condition is defined as any attempt to use, install, fire or remove a piece from its packaging other than for the purposes of reviewing the order. Damaged packaging constitutes use. Items that meet these requirements can be exchanged for the same or similar items at the customer's request. Customers are responsible for the safe arrival of items returned to Compulsive Paintball. For your protection, we recommend insurance and/or delivery confirmation for every return. Compulsive Paintball, Inc. will not be liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Orders that are Refused / Returned to Sender / Undeliverable
If an order is refused, marked returned to sender, or otherwise undeliverable your order will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. The order can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
Returns for Used Items
Compulsive does not accept returns for used merchandise under any circumstances. Products that are returned damaged or used will be returned to sender. If a product has been installed and does not work, please contact the manufacturer by means of the Warranty Information list found below. All products sold through Compulsive Paintball include a warranty by their prospective manufacturer which is included in the purchase price.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
