I PURCHASED THIS FROM FOCUS CAMERA. IT FAILED AND I LOST A TON OF PICTURES.

NO RESPONSE FROM RESELLER, NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION. NEED TO ESCALATE TO NEWEGG DIRECTLY. PURE FRUSTRATION.

Rating + 1 Poor Customer Service

I would not recommend this seller. I purchased a camera bundle for Christmas 2016 . The package was delivered on time. However, when I opened the package some of the items from the advertised bundle was missing from the shipment. I have reached out via email to the seller and no response. Newegg customer service has reached out on my behalf still no response. Had I known this was going to be such a bad experience I would have chosen a bundle from a different reseller. Now I am sorry I went with Focus Camera. Bad choice.

Rating + 1 Do NOT buy from this seller

They sent a PC that would freeze within 60 seconds of turning on. Needed to unplug it to do anything and try to start over... never ending loop. Tried numerous times to contact seller to get repaired with absolutely zero response. New egg was finally able to get ahold of them and at that point I just wanted my money back. They said to return for a refund. I returned, and now they have had the PC for 3 weeks, and now, Newegg can not even get ahold of them to get my money back. Absolutely worthless company. Tried giving them zero egos, but unfortunately it won't let me.

Rating + 1 Truly AWFUL customer service, how do they maintain seller status through Newegg?!!?

Avoid at all costs, I had to return an item and I was ignored and bounced around and made to feel like an idiot. Getting the RMA was like getting a root canal every day for a week!

Rating + 1 WORST customer experience ever.

At first, I was thrilled because my package came much faster than anticipated. However, that was the only positive experience I had with this seller. I purchased a Canon DSLR camera and my package did not come with a Canon battery. If this was the only problem, I would have requested the missing battery. But the extra battery from the brand 'Focus' barely lasted 30 minutes at full charge. Due to the poor quality, I requested a return and the seller failed to respond back for a couple of days. I called New Egg (and waited over an hour to speak to a representative), who then filed their own claim and told me to wait a couple of days. After hearing back NOTHING, I called back (waited another hour) and was told that New Egg would attempt to contact the seller. Long story short, I had to called back three additional times to receive a return merchandise authorization number along with a shipping label. The whole process took almost three weeks, JUST to receive the required forms to return the items. In the end, I don't think the seller even responded because New Egg informed me that their marketing team intervened to handle the return process.

Also, after the first call with New Egg, I asked the representative to update me with a call or email to confirm the status of the return. I asked this with two additional representatives during the three week duration of processing the return. Not a single one of the representatives followed up with me. So instead, I had to waste an hour EACH time I called customer service (over a total of 5 times).

I was finally able to receive a shipping label (which I had to call back for because they failed to send it the first time) and sent the package back this week. Praying that the return goes smoothly, unlike the whole process that I had to undergo to receive the return authorization. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience on my end, especially with the amount of time I wasted waiting on the phone and speaking with customer service. I have never gone through such a complicated return process, and will likely never purchase from this seller again.

I bought the product and it shipped okay. But I wasn't happy with how it worked. I worked with Sony on the problem but they were unable to resolve. I contacted Focus Camera twice for a refund with no response. I'm working with NewEgg now for a refund but not getting anywhere with them either.

Rating + 1 Very Irresponsible

I would not recommend this seller to others. I contacted seller before the item shipped out telling the seller I found another deal elsewhere. It was still shipped so I had no choice but to take the package. I have been trying to contact the seller for the past month and still no response about the return label. Numerous of times of contacting the seller and Newegg but the issue is still not solved yet. When I contacted Marketplace, they told me they would escalate this issue, but I still have not hear back yet. This "Newegg's provide best customer service" does not seem like it as they describe. I just want to get the return label, ship the item back and get my money back, but no one is able to provide me help on this.

"Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Focus camera Inc., and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    A, unopened (constitutes that manufacturer’s packaging has not been opened) desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook, or tablet PC can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Focus Camera error.

    An opened desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at Focus Camera’s sole discretion.

    USERNAME / PASSWORD Must Be Provided For All Returns: If you have a login username and password for your Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC, please make sure to provide the username and password for all authorized returns. Our technicians will need this for return and/or repair testing purposes.

    The following conditions do not qualify for return:
    • Any Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;
    • Any Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that is missing any accessories or original product packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code.

    A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that is returned will be repaired, unless otherwise required by law. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
