I got half my order the tracking info has not been updated I contacted customer support they emailed the seller they replied package on way. Never updated tracking info very unhappy

Customer placed the order on the evening of 4/5/17. We shipped out the order on 4/6/17 with USPS tracking number 9400111699000053347671. The package was delivered on 4/8/17 according to online tracking @ https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=9400111699000053347671 . We never got any inquiry about this order either from the customer or Newegg Customer Service.

This charger weighs a lot, and the cord that plugs into the computer is thick and stiff. I'll use it, but it's really not a quality product.

In my initial order, my address was wrong... not only were they able to change it last minute for me, my charger arrived EARLY. Very prompt and thorough service! The product is exactly as I expected--it's a little loud, but works perfectly and does not overheat--it's a power supply. I would definitely recommend this seller.

Did not get my shipping on time when fedex offers Saturday delivery. I ordered overnight shipping and did not receive it till next week, in which I was going on a trip and needed the charger. The seller would not give me a refund on my shipping which is ridiculous seeing as how A M A Z O N refunds you shipping and even pays for a return shipping. Which this seller made me do and I don't even get refunded that back. Over all I Furious and won't be going through newegg anymore unless I absolutely need too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, look else where!!!!

Tried a couple of different chargers and they would supply power but not charge. Ordered this and have had no issues. Appears to be at least as good or better quality than the original, and a good price. Ordered and received within a week. No complaints at all.

I ordered a charger/ adapter for my laptop. I had a problem and thought the new charger was at fault. I sent them an email and they replied the same day, and was very helpful in trying to solve my problem. As it turned out the charger socket was shattered.
The charger works great I got a free gift and they shipped quickly!

NO help from Newegg 2/28/2016 8:03:47 AM
I purchased a camera battery from Newegg's Marketplace via EPMUSA which was DOA. NEWEGG refused to help me get the battery replaced or refunded, and I discovered that Newegg's warranty terms DO NOT APPLY to Marketplace items. This contradicted what was stated in the items' Newegg listing.
My dissatisfaction is with Newegg, not EPM, for not standing behind products in their "Marketplace". EPM, to their credit, did refund my money for the item, but Newegg washed their hands of the whole transaction (except for taking their "cut" of the sale, I'm sure).and refused to acknowledge that their listings in Marketplace are very misleading re: warranty terms. I'm VERY UNHAPPY with Newegg.

No answer, no voicemail, no "number not in service". Tried calling for a defective adapter replacement and could not even confirm # valid.
EPMUSA Response:
We received the customer's inquiry on the late night of 11/25/15 and responded to the message on the early morning of 11/26/15. We found out the customer ordered a 120W adapter instead of 150W adapter due to Newegg's wrong information. For customer's satisfaction, we did not require the customer to return the wrong adapter. Moreover, we shipped a correct 150W adapter to the customer on 11/27/15 without letting him pay the $9.99 difference.

We contacted the customer and he said he could not modify the service rating here due to the limitation by Newegg, and below is his reply:

This is updated review. The seller responded quickly (3am on Thanksgiving) over email to an issue that was technically entirely the fault of misinformation provided by NewEgg. Despite this they sent a proper adapter, without requiring any additional actions on my part. Was unable to use adapter on vacation, which was why I paid for overnight shipping, but EPM handled the issue as professionally as one could ever hope. Raised from 1 to 5 eggs. Wish I could give NewEgg -1 and EPM 6 eggs.

I ordered a power brick to replace one for my MSi laptop. The power supply arrived quickly, but failed within three days. I have messaged EPMUSA, but have heard no response; it has been two days since I emailed EPMUSA about my failed product.

I believe a seller should be in contact with their customers within 24 hours of receiving an email about a failed product, especially when it comes to items that are essential to being able to use a computer.
EPMUSA Response:
On 10/3/15, the customer sent us the first inquiry about the product, on the same day, we replied to the customer and requested the product's serial number to ship him a new adapter in advance. On 10/6/15, we got the serial number from the customer then we shipped him a new adapter immediately and emailed him the tracking number. We did not have any delay to handle this case on our side.

We contacted the customer and the customer accepted he posted the review in haste without realizing we had already been in touch with him. He hoped to remove this review and post a positive one that reflected the great service he received from EPMUSA.
