Encore USB 2.0 PCI Controller Card is a value-added, high speed I/O adapter that works with USB peripherals, such as printers, webcams, hard drives and MP3 players. It provides backward compatibility to USB 1.1 devices as well as up-to-480Mbps connections to USB 2.0 products. It has four external ports and 1 internal port; each port automatically detects the correct speed and functions of the attached device.
