Can this be used on a Mac?

Yes, I'm currently using this on a Mac. I haven't customized the buttons, it works right out of the box. To customize the buttons, you need to download the Mac driver. It takes a little getting used to but I noticed a substantial improvement in my elbow and wrist within days.
