What comes in the box?  Do back face plates come with the case and what wires and screws for mounting motherboard and drive bays?

There is no removable IO shield in back--it is built into the case. There are metal covers for each port you can permanently remove by pushing them in and wiggling them back and forth (like pci slot covers on some cases). Depending on the board you install, you would only remove the covers for the ports which are on the board. This is not a generic ITX case--this is made for certain models of supermicro boards.

The case comes with the power supply already installed. It comes with all the hardware needed to mount the board. This case uses special risers to mount the board through the bottom of the case. Standard screws (included) may be used to mount the motherboard. A tiny angled wrench is also included to tighten each riser.

No drive bays are included. These must be purchased separately. This is the same for the fan bracket, pci riser, etc. The upside to this is that everything is customizable--you can have up to 2x 3.5" drives (with a half height PCI card), or 4x 2.5" drives, one or two fans, etc.

The Front I/O panel and LEDs are all wired to a single connector which is a standard on most supermicro boards.

The case also comes with a plastic sheet which adheres to the bottom of the case which has positions for everything marked (you put the sheet down first, then install the board, drive bays, etc). Not sure why this is included exactly, but it does cover up the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the case that are not in use by motherboard mounts, drive bay mounts, etc. The plastic sheet is perforated where all the pre-drilled holes are on the bottom of the case so it is easy to punch out when installing mounts.

What is the dual fan part number for this chassis?

SuperMicro says you make a dual fan by joining two housings MCP-320-81302-0B then putting one fan FAN-0100L4 in each housing.
