I'm currently using a Cooler Master HAF 912 case with an ASUS M5A99FX PRO MB.
Would this fit without any problems or should I look into other options?

Should fit with no issues. I have an ASUS Prime B350 and it fits perfectly fine.
This watercooler does not use any other special brackets. It uses the stock brackets that are already on your motherboard that you use for the stock CPU heatsink.
Color looks really good too. Been having mine for about a year now. No RAGRETS.

Does it work with am4 or will I have to buy a adapter or will it just not work?

It works with AM4. It hooks onto the two brackets that should've come pre installed on your motherboard. I had this on my 1600 before the pump died.

Is this a cooling set up that can be installed where there has not been a liquid cooling system before?

The ML120L is its own all-in-one unit that performs quite a bit better than a normal fan. You can certainly use this without having to have had a previous liquid cooling system. Simply add the thermal paste to your CPU (if the ML120L does not already have this applied) and follow the instructions to install the brackets that match your motherboard model. Great question!

Will this fit inside a Phanteks - ENTHOO EVOLV SHIFT Mini ITX Tower Case?

The parts may fit, but it would be a very tight squeeze which could cause other heating issues. Mini ITX towers generally don't run liquid cooling. If they do however there would have to be a system designed specifically for the smaller case.

will this fit the new 1200 intel slot?

Not sure. I've used several of these units all for AMD Ryzen/Bulldozer builds.....no problems.
I checked my box according to intel cpu support the sockets are:
lga 2066/2011-v3/2011/1151/1150/1155/1156/1366/775. No mention of 1200.

How long are the hoses from cpu cooler to radiator?

I don't know exactly, but looking at it, I would say 12-16 inches. This cooler works great. I've had it for more than 2 years...no problems.

Does the RGB header connect to the 4pin 12v/3a RGB header on the motherboard? More specifically the ASRock B450 Pro4 AM4 motherboard.

Yes it does. I have another ASRock motherboard and no issues .. except that if you use 2 fans, you need free headers. My case was using the other header.  So the water pump uses one and the fans each use one.

Will this fit on the i9 9900k? I know it fits 1151 but does the 1151 (300) change that fact.
