Is Installing HDD by myself affects the warranty ?

Depends where you live, I know you are allowed to in the USA and EU. It's actually illegal to not honor the warranty in those areas so ignore the factory seal sticker. If the Factory seal is missing contact the seller or MSI because that means it's not new (only if bought new). But beware that if you do cause damage to the internals in the course of upgrading it may void the warranty. You should be able to tell if you can upgrade it safely after you crack it open. Normally the RAM and storage are easily accessible. If you are really worried, take pictures if you need to send it in. There have been cases that the technicians damage it on accident and blame it on you. But that can happen in any case.

If you are worried about upgrading your self I believe MSI can do it themselves, find an experienced person, or pay a computer repair shop to do it.

Can you install a second hard drive in this model?

Seeing as this only has a NVMe SSD installed, there should be a vacant 2.5" bay for an additional SSD.  Though because this information is not listed on our page or that of MSI, I would contact them to confirm this before purchasing.  Hope this helps!
