what is the difference between HN6-00001 and the HN4-00001 both part numbers for the surface book 2?

Does the USB-C support Thunderbolt 3? I've seen pre-production reviews that suggest that it will not be included, but no specifics in the Microsoft documentation.

no it doesn't, I was disappointed but still a great machine with thunderbolt 2.
