No, it does not. You would need external speakers.

How well does the monitor's tilt and adjustments work for viewing angles? Thanks for your help!

I use it at normal height on a standard computer desk at work. I am 5'9" and feel I can adjust to any angle I need. It does not go side to side however. Hope this helps!
