Does this card come with a half-height (low profile) bracket in addition to the standard height bracket?

Are these cards new?  Are they vendor specific or OEM to a particular manufacturer?  I have purchased from a 'wholesaler" before only to purchase Dell specific cards that I could not flash and use on other generic systems.  Thanks!

The card I purchased/received is in fact the Intel brand of card. I installed it into a custom server hosting VMWare and is performing well.

Could this NIC card will be installed on slot PCI Express 1x ??

you would have to physically damage the pcb to make it fit a 1x slot. It is a 4x device. It would work if you did so, but is unrecommended.

Yes. It's actually for the PC itself and it would have to be compatible with your Motherboard.

Is this card compatible with Mac Pro (2012) 3.2 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon and certified for Yosemite? If not, would you recommend a dual-port PCI Express gigabit card that is? THX

I looked at Intel's website and there is no indication of being Mac compatible or driver availability for a Mac.
